If you are going to fill out the form, you will need information about your employment and proof of income. You will also need information on who will be living in the house, addresses of current and previous residences (last 3 years), and bank and credit references. If you don't have pictures or scans of proof of employment/income, that is OK, finish the rest of the form and we can get those from you later. Please note you will need one month's rent as deposit, plus first month's and last month's rent to secure this property. |

income to be considered for rental application approval will need
to submit their own report.2. Once you have a creditkarma account, go to either the Transunion or Eauifax reports(we accept either one): Transunion: https://www.creditkarma.com/credit-health/transunion/credit-report Equifax: https://www.creditkarma.com/credit-health/equifax/credit-report 3. Click on the 'Print' button. 4. Select 'Save to pdf' as the printer. 5. Save your pdf. 6. Upload the pdf with your rental application for or email us the pdf directly to us for review. |
